HUMAN BROTHERHOOD

All prophets from Adam until Muhammad (peace be upon them) came to preach the same religion, which continued to grow and grow, until it reached perfection at the hand of The Prophet Muhammad. This man (The Prophet Muhammad) bring Islam from God to humans.

Islam is true religion ordained by God, and the only religion prevailing over all other religions. Most people know that The Holy Qur'an is the holy book on Islam. The Holy Qur'an is a human guidance book to live and life in the universe (world). Moslems grant a very high place of honor to The Holy Qur'an in their mind, hearts, and lives.

The facts have proved that The Holy Qur'an is held to be flawless completely unassailable in what it says, and both in fact and doctrine.

Because of this completeness and perpection, Islam had to become the ultimate religion, the final religious revelation from God to mankind, and superseding all previous belief system.

Unity of mankind is an essential of the fundamental Islamic concept of “the God is one”, and then mankind is also one. The distinctions created by nationality, race and color are artificial and have no place in a religion, which stands for human brotherhood. The Holy Qur’an clearly states that people were created as one nation, but became divided because of their differences (Qur’an, 10:19). Conflicts of interest, prejudices, exploitation and misuse of power have taken their toll in dividing mankind.

However, the ultimate objective of Islam is to reunite all of them (Qur’an, 11:119). Islamic values have the concept of dual ownership: First, the concept of ownership by human being. Second, the concept of ownership by God (Allah). The divine ownership is coupled with repeated The Holy Qur’an to the effect that all of humanity benefits from nature’s resources.

DEAL WITH THE CHANGE

Allah (God) has said, that Allah has perfected for human sustenance, through Islam (see The Holy Qur'an 5:3). Therefore, mankind should be grateful to Allah, by studying and implementing Islamic values in everyday life, as the main values or the ultimate values. In addition, in order to preserve the Islamic values, need to put up some members of society to study Islam seriously (see The Holy Qur'an 9:122).

Thus, human beings have the opportunity to confirm themselves with the straight (in truth) to Allah (see The Holy Qur'an 30:30). This is important because it contains Islamic religion, which according to the nature of human or human condition.

This is evident from the substance that Islamic values a valid and reliable, as noted in The Holy Qur'an 112:1-4, which contains human commitment, that: (1) God is Allah, the One and Only; (2) only to Allah, human expect and ask for something; (3) Allah does not give birth, nor is begotten, and; (4) there is nothing equivalent with God.

Allah has commanded in The Holy Qur'an 4:34, "The man is the leader for women." This message does not indicate, that man can be a dictator, but ordered the execution of a responsibility to men. The man responsible for everything that was in its responsibilities.

When he was married, then he is responsible to give every needs of this family. Therefore, if there is a wife out of the house to earn a living in order to meet the needs of families then the question to be asked, "How far her husband's efforts, in meeting the needs of the family?" Similarly, if a child out of the house to meet the needs of families, then the question to be asked, "How far his/her father's efforts, in meeting the needs of the family?"

If the answer is, "Husband/father effort is not on the maximum effort!" Surely the man (husband/father) belonging to a man who worst. He has violated The Holy Qur'an 4:34, and he has been neglecting his responsibilities. He has caused the exploitation of wife/child in his family. As such he has damaged the norm of society, because it failed to organized and manage his family, which is part of the community (Islamic community).

Alvin Toffler (1991) states, that the world has experienced three major waves of change, namely: First, the agricultural era (consisting of the stone age, and iron age); Second, the industrial era, and; Third, the information age.

So, the world of moving and changing quickly, which unfortunately tends aimlessly. This is due to the more anthropocentric humans, so the more arrogant, or feel most knowledgeable on all matters, including the values of life. One thing that people forget, that the anthropocentric attitude is an attitude not very intelligent.

Gordon Dryden and Jeannete Vos (2001) states, that the world is moving very fast. Man and women lives in the midst of a revolution of life. But unfortunately, in each country few people who knew, how to deal with the change. Those who do not know, how to deal with the change immediately trapped in the demoralization and despair.

Allah has warned in The Holy Qur'an, that is because they are a people who do not want to use their minds (see The Holy Qur'an 5:58).

VERY DIFFICULT TIME

In the name of God (Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala), the Most Compassionate, and the Most Merciful. Assallamu'alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh, that is equivalent in English, "greetings of peace". We are going through some very difficult time, when west relations with moslems have polarized.
Continously devastating condition of Palestinians, who have tyrant and unjust authoritizing by Israel. USA invations on Afghanistan (2002) and Iraq (2003), had destruction and killings of several hundred thousand people of Afghanistan and Iraq. Evil treatment of prisoners by USA military (Abu Ghraib in Iraq, and Guantanamo in Cuba region) are some of the major factors which have turned our world into a lawless, and unjust global village.
I hope we will be a step to undo the stereotypes, and help inspire a constructive and sincere interaction.
Moslems have a Holy Book called, "The Holy Qur'an". For moslems, The Holy Qur'an is the words of God. The Holy Qur'an consist of 114 chapters of varying length. Each chapter is made up of single or multiple revelations. Chapter names are based on a word that appears in the chapter itself. The interpretation of the verses, must be use historic context, events that moslems were facing at that time, and the Sunnah matter.
Sunnah refers to the sayings, approvals, and disapprovals of the Prophet Muhammad. These are compiled in separate books, known as Hadith Books. Unlike The Holy Qur'an which was compiled by Prophet Muhammad himself, the Hadith Books were compiled after the death of the Prophet Muhammad.
The first and the foremost basic right, is the right to live and respect human life. The Holy Qur'an lays down: First, "Whoseover kills a human being without (any reason like) man slaughter, or corruption on earth, it is as though he had killed mankind..." (5:32). Second, "Do not kill a soul which Allah has made sacred, except through the due process of law..." (6:151). Third, "Do not let your hatred of a people incite you to aggression ..." (5:2). Fourth, "And do not let ill will towards any folk incite you, so that you swerve from dealing justly. Be just, that is nearest to heedfulness" (5:8).
